dinner: Napa Cabbage & Pepitas Slaw, Kansas BBQ Ribs (from WholeFoods), and Grilled Zucchini on Goat Cheese, Avocado and Everything Crackers

snack: Avocado, Goat Cheese, Sprouts and Red Onion on Everything Crackers (topped with salmon)
