Winter Solstice Celebration

Music, games, chokecherry wine, meatballs (made with organic pork, pine nuts, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg), polenta, salad (made with spinach, cheese, pecans, and rosemary roasted beets), and many various cookies, lighting candles with our intentions for the coming year, and gift giving. What a wonderful evening!
