Michael's Birthday in Denver

We started the day in Denver at the delicious and beautiful Domo! We got the teriyaki and ramen - superb.

We also stopped by the Denver Art Museum, and viewed a great show of Joan Miró's work, along with some of my favorite contemporary pieces.

Loved the Modern Masters exhibition at the Denver Art Museum, plus the ticket gets you into the Clyfford Still Museum - awesome! And don't forget to stop by the DAM's Contemporary wing - they've changed out a few pieces there that you don't want to miss.

Ethiopian Lunch

After V & I worked up our appetites at the DAM, we had a deliciously filling birthday lunch at Abyssinia, before heading to Mod Livin', then to S. Broadway for more shopping (like the fabulous Hazel & Dewey kitchenware boutique), and lastly a quick stop at Happy Coffee to energize for the trip home.
