Vintage Fabric
I love the yearly ritual of pulling out my Spring and Summer clothing, as the weather warms. Here are some details of new-to-me but quite old pieces my dearest friend, Carol, gave to me.

5 Year Anniversary!
In November of 2009, I tentatively started this blog. These past five years have been a wonderful journey. Thank you all for checking in. I love sharing my photos of light, love, food, drinks, trinkets, collections, art, travel and more. I hope you continue to stop by and leave me a note or two.

Estate Sale Finds
I find it so sad to see all of someone's junk laid out next to their prized possessions, all for sale and people pawing through it to find a bargain. You can still smell and feel the presence of the person who recently passed. You can see their life -- you're walking through their home! I try to be respectful, and hope that they'd be glad someone else is finding joy in their belongings, passing them on to future generations.
