My deepest gratitude to the firefighters and police officers who are working so hard to keep this contained and the community safe.

Fort Collins Studio Tour

I had fun designing this large map (well, not the actual map itself, but everything around it):

JUNE 23rd and 24th:  "This free, self-guided tour of local artist studios reveals the mysteries of the creative process to families and individuals in and around Fort Collins. Through art demonstrations and educational displays right in the artist’s studios, visitors will meet the artists personally, and learn about how and where artists create pottery, jewelry, photography, painting, sculpture, fiber arts and more! These artists reflect the amazing creative talent available right in our own community." ... (more info on FC Lincoln Center's website)

Weekend Highlights

Fort Collins always has such beautiful flowers all over town. Made my way through the French Nest Market, White Balcony...

Lunch at LuLu's, then dessert and coffee at Little Bird Bakeshop... delicious as usual!

Stopped by FCMOA to see the fabulous Yibai exhibition, and Chagall before it closes on 7/1. What incredible stainless steel sculptures! Picked up a few more of my exhibition catalogues -- hope you do too :)

Dinner with the Sangria Sisters was so good I ate it all before I remembered to take a photo. Geez, I'll just have to make G's jicama, lime, cilantro, mint, pepper etc salad again! J made a delightful salad from her garden greens and of course, divine sangria.

Father's Day breakfast was also delicious -- homemade biscuits and gravy -- which we all devoured before I even thought to take a photo, but you can imagine I'm sure.
